Before service begins
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. A prepaid amount that has not been applied to completed diagnostic work, technician time, reserved onsite travel, or committed parts is eligible for refund to the original payment method.
Diagnostics, remote sessions, and repair work
Completed diagnostics, delivered remote sessions, and completed labor are not refundable simply because a device cannot be repaired economically or a preferred outcome is not possible. If you paid a diagnostic deposit that is stated to be credited toward approved repair labor, the credit is applied as described in the quote. Work outside your authorization is not charged.
Parts and special orders
Unused standard parts may be refundable when they can be returned without cost. Special-order, installed, opened, or non-returnable parts may be deducted at the actual committed cost, which we will explain.
PC Health Monthly
The plan renews at $49 each month until cancelled. Use the Manage or cancel membership link on the enrollment page or email [email protected] before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Partial months are generally not prorated, and unused quarterly reviews do not roll over, except where law requires otherwise.
Duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized charges
Email [email protected] promptly with the receipt email and charge date. We will investigate duplicate or incorrect charges and issue any approved refund to the original payment method. Bank processing time can affect when a refund appears.
Scheduling changes
Payment and scheduling are separate. If you paid but did not complete a Cal.com booking, contact us for help scheduling or cancelling. If Ohio PC Rescue cannot provide the paid service, we will offer a reasonable reschedule, alternative, or refund for the undelivered portion.
