Information we collect
We collect information you submit, including your name, email, optional phone number, ZIP code, device details, symptoms, service preferences, booking details, and messages. During authorized service, we may receive device identifiers, diagnostic results, system logs, or limited access to files and settings needed to perform the approved work.
Our website and service providers may also collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, security events, and referral pages.
How we use information
- Prepare and explain service scopes, estimates, and repair options.
- Process payments, subscriptions, refunds, and service records.
- Schedule appointments and communicate about your device.
- Perform diagnostics and the work you authorize.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents and meet legal obligations.
- Improve our forms, pricing rules, and customer experience using aggregated or de-identified insights where practical.
AI-assisted intake
We may use AI-assisted tools to organize or classify the symptoms you provide. Deterministic business rules set the online service scope and amount due. AI output is not a guaranteed diagnosis, and a technician may review or correct the classification.
Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed with providers that help operate the service, such as Stripe for payments, Cal.com for scheduling, email and hosting providers, and technical vendors supporting diagnostics. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by Ohio PC Rescue. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Device access and sensitive data
Do not enter passwords, PINs, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or private file contents in website forms. If temporary device access is necessary, we will arrange a safer handoff. You should back up important data when possible before service.
Retention and security
We retain quote, payment, service, and communication records for as long as reasonably needed to provide service, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is risk-free.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we control, subject to identity verification and recordkeeping obligations. Email [email protected]. You can cancel PC Health Monthly as described in the cancellation and refund policy.
Children and policy changes
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our services change; the date above shows the latest version.
